The third edition of EY social media marketing study explores what brands are doing across the customer lifecycle to attract, sell and retain customers. It also explores the objectives, spends and challenges of participating brands. Additionally, the consumer survey helps to understand why a consumer connects and engages as well as what he or she expects from a brand.
